The Tecnau PageReady is a high-performance automated finishing solution designed to integrate seamlessly with digital sheet-fed presses (notably the HP Indigo platforms) to transform multi-up printed sheets into finished, trimmed, stacked pages with minimal manual intervention. The system automates processes such as cutting, trimming, collating/merging, and stacking — eliminating offline handling and guillotine cutting for many applications such as direct-mail, brochures, photo books, and postcards.
By implementing PageReady inline or nearly inline with the press, printers gain a streamlined workflow that reduces throughput time, paper waste, and labour requirements — enabling faster turnaround, tighter job separation (via offset stacking), and high-productivity finishing.
