The 3M-Matic™ 7000R-3 Pro Random Case Sealer with 3″ 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 Taping Head is an automatic carton sealing system designed to handle random-size boxes without manual changeover. This machine automatically adjusts for case height and width, allowing efficient processing of mixed cartons at speeds of up to 24 cases per minute using 2″ or 3″ tape. Photo-eye detection quickly responds to varying box widths, while electro-mechanical height adjustment ensures precise and consistent sealing. The top and bottom belt drive system keeps cartons aligned through the sealing process, reducing skewing and tipping, even on tall or lightweight boxes. Equipped with a low-impact AccuGlide™ 3 taping head, the system protects cartons while delivering secure seals. Built for demanding production environments, the 7000R-3 Pro is well suited for manufacturing, distribution, and packaging operations.
